Adi is an experienced leader with over 35 years of experience. Her strengths include growing and scaling organizations, managing change processes, building teams and creating thriving organizational cultures, both hybrid and remote. Adi loves the challenge of working with clients from all different industries while helping them navigate complex growth. Adi is a wife, mother of 3 (plus five cats and a dog), a world traveler, a certified technology and AI geek, and a passionate activist in her free time. She holds two BSc degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as an MBA and PhD from Cornell University.

Shani is a results-driven strategist with an MBA concentrated in change management and a passion for transforming the way organizations operate and grow. She excels at designing smarter systems, streamlining workflows, elevating workforce performance, and positioning businesses to succeed. Shani is uniquely multidimensional - equally at home optimizing operations, designing HR frameworks, and developing marketing strategies and content that deliver results. Outside of work, she is a proud dog-mom, an avid traveler, and a curious learner.

Isabella is a Clinician with 19 years of experience in family, urgent, and preventive medicine, trained at Pace University and Lenox Hill Hospital. As our Chief Medical Officer, she brings an extraordinary breadth of medical knowledge to our medical practice clients - helping them navigate clinical operations, optimize patient care, and build stronger, more effective practices. Isabella speaks four languages, is an endlessly curious learner, and is a fierce advocate for her patients and clients. She is the closest thing to a walking medical encyclopedia you will ever meet.

Ronen is an accomplished Software Engineering Executive with over 30 years of experience converting concepts and ideas into scalable real-world products. He has served as CTO for many tech startups. In 2015, Ronen co-founded Opus.me, an automated background verification startup which was acquired by SmartScreen in 2017. Ronen is a husband and father of five. In his down time, he can be found shooting, flying small planes, and enjoying all things SciFi. Ronen holds a BSc in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.

Heather is an experienced Operations and Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience. She has a passion for providing support to executives and teams while managing corporate objectives and goals. Heather excels under pressure, and she has an affinity for networking, team building, communication and creating positive company cultures. She is a mother who loves the flexibility of a remote schedule. Heather’s hobbies include gardening, reading, cooking and traveling.

Rachel is a multifaceted manager with over 10 years of experience. She spends her days creating awareness among entrepreneurs and business owners about the benefits of Fractional Leadership while establishing and nurturing relationships. Rachel is highly organized and a master of multitasking, often handling multiple tasks simultaneously. She is a wife and mother of two girls who keep her very busy. Rachel enjoys singing and watching TV shows in her down time.

Maggie is a resourceful and dependable operations and HR professional with a talent for swift execution and putting out fires without breaking a sweat. She excels at keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, coordinating internal workflows, and ensuring clients always have a seamless and positive experience. Maggie is a collaborative team player who is genuinely invested in the success of those around her. Outside of work, she stays busy keeping up with her very curious and energetic one-and-a-half-year-old son.

Ryan is a senior graphic designer with over 10 years of experience in brand development, digital marketing, and multi-platform design. He specializes in creating high-impact marketing campaigns, brand identities, and engaging visuals across web, social, print, and eCommerce. Ryan thrives in fast-paced environments, crafting designs that drive engagement and strengthen brand presence. When he’s not designing, he enjoys playing guitar, spoiling his dog, and keeping up with his four-year-old daughter.

With extensive experience supporting executives and leading initiatives across property management and hospitality, Kat brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every opportunity. She is also bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. Kat thrives on being a trusted thought partner who delivers support, clarity, and solutions to otherwise complex situations. Building genuine rapport and fostering long-lasting relationships are at the heart of how she works. Whether leading a team or providing strategic support behind the scenes, she enjoys creating value and helping others succeed.

Outside of work, Kat is a proud mother of three who relishes getting lost in a good book, taking golf lessons, and cheering on her favorite teams—the New York Yankees and the New York Knicks. And yes… Knicks in 5!
